Event Management: Contributed to the management of regular events building community connections: Oyster Night and Jazz Night.

Menu Development: Collaborated with the Bar Manager to develop seasonal menus, personally developed 6 original cocktails and a spritz program which highlighted locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
